We conceived and built a custom online calculator for electrity retailer Pooled Energy to highlight potential savings of up to 30% of total household electricity costs.
Using an iterative rapid application development we created a WordPress plugin that utilises PHP, JavaScript & jQuery to load the custom calculator where ever it’s needed on the site.
The new calculator was then promoted via Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns, resulting in an uplift in user engagement with reduced bounce rates, increased time on page metrics as well as new customer leads from the site.
